Experience since 2011

Ting Ji Group is established since 2011. The main facility is located in the center of the industrial district of Dongguan City in China.

The factory area includes office, sample room, showroom, conference rooms, warehouse (material storing/finished goods storing), mateial cutting lines, multiple production departments (gluing, hot stamping, edge paint, sewing, packaging), internal lab house, labor dormitory, cateen and many other leisure facilities.

Headquarter in Hong Kong mainly handles the global business, logistic and finance. Our experienced merchandising team handles the full process from development to production. They are expertise from trendy design with brainstorming inspiration & ideas, great range of material, printing and packaging sourcing in respect with eco-friendly direction, technical support on design and production-wise and providing multiple solutions on lower cost options in order to fit customers in different budgets.

Dong Guan City Ting Ji Handbag Co. Ltd.

China factory is located in the southern part of China, mainly produce promotional/retails bags for a variety of international famous brands.

Factory currently possess around 250 skillful workers, producing around 200,000 - 300,000 pcs bags and pouchs in monthly basis.

The size of factory area is around 34000 sqm including 3 major complex, including operational offices, showroom, conference rooms, sample & develop units, warehouse, production units, lab house, dormitory and cateen.

Wholly Well Handbags Manufacturing Limited

Consider the rising labor cost in China and heavy custom duty issue for

US market. We decided to build up another production site in Cambodia in 2018.

Wholly Well is currently possess 650 workers, 400 machines and total 12 production lines. Estimated daily output is around 20,000pcs and expansion of production lines is under progress to maximise the production capacity to fullfil higher demands from US market.

Besides with a strong bags production background, Ting Ji also providing services in other product category such as hardcase, vanity box, printed paper box and accessories such as mask (non-surgical), sleeping mask, mirror case based on requests to satisfy the needs of different customers.

As a responsible manufacturer, we strictly follow the labor law of different countries. Our factories has obtained most of the certificaties from different organizations with aduit passed. We also focus on the sustainability development in order to help saving of our living environment.

There are over 60 skilled sample makers.

With energetic and experienced sample coordinator team to follow up samples with good quality and prompt construction.

We use computerized handbag design system and high speed pattern cutting machine for sample development that help to improve efficiency.

Our Purchasing Team

Our purchasing team has strong knowledge on different materials and components. They source materials from different countries in order to satisfy the needs of international customers and help to obtain a more competitive cost.

Our Production Team

Our skillful workers work with high efficiency and with the ability to produce different constructions pouches and bags.

Our QC/QA Team

Our QA and QC team has strong knowledge and experience on Global inspection standard. At Ting Ji, each production step from raw material checking, panels and parts checking, in-line production till packaging has fully monitor with a team of IPQC (In-line production quality check). An final inspection carry out according to client's inspection requirement with internal report for keep record on each order to ensure all the finished products are qualitative in prefect condition before dispatch to shipment.
